“ Ordered today pizza for my daughter with garlic sauce and chicken shawarma as i got the same for her birthday party last week.. but when she bit her ,it's was very spicy.. so i came back to location and explained everything .. and ask if possible to change it .. luckily for me it's was a great gentleman ( he was an owner ) who explained and showed me that most of the shawarma chicken comes with paper seasonings ,but he understands my situation and kindly made me another one with regular chicken instead . So i must say that i respect how they handled the situation and definitely it's a 5 customer service experience. P.S by the way pizza with regular chicken was delicious and my daughter stayed happy. The staff member working, who also had a turban and beard—was actually very polite and respectful. He took my order with a good attitude, spoke clearly, and handled everything professionally. The service was quick, and I didn’t feel any kind of rudeness or disrespect.
